Conceived in 1965 by the Lincoln Glen Church Congregation, Lincoln Glen Manor was built in 1969. At that time, the community felt a responsibility to care for their seniors. Thus, the concept of Lincoln Glen Manor was instituted as a caring community for seniors adjacent to Lincoln Glen Church. Today, Lincoln Glen Manor provides four levels of care for seniors. We pride ourselves on being a place where residents want to live, staff enjoy working and the community is proud of.

Being able to chat with other residents becomes an important part of many peoples' lives and Lincoln Manor offers common spaces indoors to support that need. The benefit of living in an assisted living community is that making meals can be costly and time consuming process so Lincoln Manor provides meals for residents. As the population of the country grows in age, there seems to be a great need for assisted living facilities. I visited Southern Manor in Fayetteville, TN, because my parents are in their 80's, and some day my family may need this assisted living facility.

Several people were sitting around, and most of them were sleeping. I've looked at a LOT of senior care facilities all over Ohio and Lincoln Park always stands out as THE best. I am very happy here with the care my Mother is receiving. There is always someone at the front desk to help. Staff is very nice and room response time for call light is usually short.

This is one of the best Nursing, and Assisted living homes around. The housekeeping staff do such an excellent job. No where else will you have a "Bernie" or "Holly" or "Teresa" that will work so hard to keep a residents room clean.

Teas, Ice Cream Socials, group conversations and resident meetings, along with meal times provide many opportunities for socializing, and making friends. Participating in holiday events, and attending visits from groups such Furry Friends or occasional vintage car shows keeps everyone involved and active.
We were quit amazed and welcoming this place was from the time we walked through the front entrance. Beautiful decor greeted us as well as an employee. We explained why we were there, and the employee had no hesitation on our request to a tour.

Our chefs and well-being lead are always delighted to meet with you and discuss arrangements, and to assist in any way they can. My mother is on a waiting list at Lincoln Manor. We used to go up there and carry kids from church and I knew a lot of people there, so I've been up there a bunch. We chose it because it's my hometown and I live close and I can check on my mom.
They have bingo and other activities during the week for them. It's 320 square feet, and it's a one-bedroom. There is a nice living area and nice facilities for assisted living residents. For the facility's age, it is in excellent condition. The Rutherford’s memory care rooms are designed to provide comfort, natural light, and spaciousness.
The team, lead by our Clinical Care Coordinator, has been a part of our staff for many years. Area physicians recommend our facility due in part to this close monitoring and confidence that a patient can have the opportunity to heal and get home faster.
